Since it's not commercial, a conventional loan cannot be initially setup in the name of an LLC, and technically it would trigger the "due on sale" clause to transfer the title after closing.

If any or all of the other loans you have are callable on demand, the lenders of those loans will pickup on the judgment when it is granted, and this may trigger demand calls from some of your other lenders.I believe you need to contact the lender and try to work something out before it spirals out of control and you end up filing a bankruptcy or doing a voluntary asset forfeiture.
