I would recommend looking into local lenders as well; I was able to find one that offered 5% down with no PMI which is huge in my market where the margins can be pretty slim. 

It is actually a good test; if they balk at your screening process or documents-next!

Hi Lee, we don't do methane, it's more of foundation design, infiltration systems, compaction testing, etc.

If not ask them to test it and give you feedback....you probably can't just send it to them, you may have to download it for them.I would call and ask them questions like....today I am working on FSBOs....are there any FSBOs in your neighborhood?
