Personally I invest in the Southern half of the US bc they get much higher year-round occupancy rates which is how you make the big 💰💰💰Slow season in the south is that 6-week period when occupancy drops to 50%.

In fact, they are willing to drop the price quite a bit if they can get a quick deal without having to go through the process of fixing up their house and putting it on the market.
