We have the tech to do payroll separation, it's just a matter of finding the ins. co. to do it.

Having been off and on in and around King County (was a senior electrical engineering consultant in one of Everett's consulting firm serving Boeing's structural analysis  tin cans, and many other surrounding hi tech companies many years back),  I see that this is a spot on potential investment.

It also won't change the rental pool, which is growing basically every day as people move here for various reasons.We've also seen some tech companies moving in, so we'll see the effects of that as well.
