HubHaus Community Housing

Has anyone heard of the company HubHaus? They're a start up in silicon valley that offers community based housing to mostly tech workers who can't afford housing. It reminds me of college rentals with a twist. Basically they lease a property from the landlord and guarantee a flat rate monthly rent check with no screening fees or vacancies, then turn around and sublet to multiple roommates matched to fill the house. They focus heavily on building the community by including internet, common area furnishings, maid services, and hosting monthly events. The idea is that because of increasing rent costs and the difficulty of having to manage your roommates on your own, plus dealing with high turnover, they handle all that to make housing simple and affordable.

What is everyone's thoughts on this as a business model and from a landlord's perspective?
