However, forums such as this ARE ready by people from everywhere, so they can be informed & do their own due diligence as to whether the law applies to their business or not, and if so, seek out a local training provider from the EPA site.The EPA has said that they are making efforts to educate the public (and those who need to comply to the law) about the existence of the law, however they also pass that task onto the training providers.I am a contractor as well, and when I took my training last year, I was surprised how many contractors, like myself, did not know about the law, so I took the steps to help train & certify those that may need it.

I believe it has to do with the fact that private funding sources are not the type you would normally find on an internet forum.From my experience, private money is something you'd find in close proximity to a particular deal, and more often than not, by word of mouth and/or by visiting local real estate investment groups.While there may be people who look to sources like BP to invest their money, it isn't your typial medium for private money.

The file would contain the subject property's address so you could mail there and often, it will contain a mailing address for the investor in which you should send mailers there.You can also use Google, PIPL and other internet research sites once you identify the owner name (individual or company) and through your internet seraches, you can often find contact info.

SOMETIMES if I go in and know the guy working the contractor services desk, I can get him to knock 10% off the top for me.If you're able to cold step into HD/Lowes and get 20-65% off your buy just for drawing breath, absent of going through the bid room, please share with the class your trick for doing so... hell, if you can show me the way to accomplish this task I am willing to cut you a check for your help as an outside consultant.

I have a small time handyman who I had tasked to paint my house, install closet hardware, install finishing material, as well as paint the foundation of my house.These items were supposed to be completed Friday and have been pushed back from saturday, to monday, and up to now still not completed.
