I was absolutely blown away at the thousands upon thousands of colour choices that one has, but was relieved when I finally managed to match my tile colour with a wall and cabnet paint.I am pretty excited to see how this beautiful kitchen island will fit into the overall design, and am really chuffed as to how this has come out.

@Daria B.Livable condition includes things like the roof, plumbing, electrical, flooring, walls, ceiling, no peeling paint and cabinetry being in place and working order for someone to move in without a hazard etc.

I don't understand that because if it were the case, wouldn't the ducts develop condensation inside walls as well, developing mold?

I spent ~$5k upstairs on new carpet, all walls painted, new faux wood blinds, painted kitchen cabinets, new laminate top, new stainless sink, and stainless fridge and oven.

They used screws in the walls for pictures.

@Garrett Beecher I am redoing the tile in the bathroom and kitchen, new sinks, repainting, possibly new carpet, and patching up some walls.
