It is supported by multiple military bases and has a large population open to having roommates and needing temporary housing.

I’d like to purchase my first house hack to begin my investing journey but the lenders I have talked with so far do not support the type of loans I’ve tried discussing with them.

I have yet to verify with local realtors and PM's that the market will support the project.

Rent:They cant rent because they have 2 Great Danes and the vast majorty of landlords would like not support the idea of two small horses living in the house.Buy:They would have 200k ($165k after paying their tax bill).

We have no alimony, child support or maintenance agreement.I have reviewed HUD 4000.1.

It seems that no matter the purchase price, in order to get these numbers the rent will have to be higher than the area can support.

I plan to grow a real estate portfolio in the future to the point where I can support myself comfortably throughout my entire life and leave my day job. 

We have our sales team uploading pics to our Slack software, where we have a channel for each property.
