I’ve spoken to 3 multi million dollar realtors in the area, all of them told me it that they certainly don’t recommend it right now. 

If thinking about a fix-and-flip you might want to first ask recommended contractors etc down the hill if they'd be willing to take on a project up here. 

One way would be to reach out to your local real estate investment club or check with other investors in your area for recommendations.
