Perhaps what you need is not a doc platform service but a grammar app.What you'll discover is a way to refine your system with CRM or database program like Access that you can mail merge documents in Word.

Of course, I appreciate all the work that you, as well as your staff at BP have done to create a powerful platform for Investors to communicate, as well as interact. 

(and there are no penalties for doing so) to let the 1031 Exchange fail on purpose if you can't find suitable replacement property.
