New BP member and new to Chicago burbs... finally made the move from Chicago

Hi all,

As with many of you, I have been looking for a site like this for some time... guess I wasn't looking hard enough:)

I have been dabbling in real estate investing for 12 years, mostly rehabbing my own home and then selling. My first property was a 4 flat (sorry for some reason that's what we call a 4 unit building in Chicago), but since then it has been condos, townhomes and SFH's.

I left my job about a year ago and started my own company. I am now living in Wilmette and got my general contractors license to help with the rehabbing. Currently, I am doing fix and flips of SFH's but I want to get back into multi units soon. Would love to connect with others to network with and share ideas.
