At one time I found furnishings that I believe were called 'loft style beds' that had extra long mattresses, perfect for dorm rooms, etc.

Ask questions, and make sure you find the program that works with YOUR learning style.

If you skip the LLC, your set up is only $350 and annual is $300, but there is a per transaction fee that would make this the more expensive option if you do over five transactions a year in the custodial model.  

There life style is already set up to receiving monthly payments.

The building I moved into used to be a garage, and has been converted into a living quarters (studio style).

It will definitly help you to refine what you want your investing model to be.

In regards to finding an architect, I would recommend researching and selecting a few that are experienced in similar projects and you like their style.
