Before & After Homes (Previously DBA Bridgestone Construction) has started the year off strong.

But I am looking for a strong, steady, supportive income that will benefit me, my family and others who need income.

If the framing isn't strong enough the place is just a money hole. 

I have been networking and feel that I have a pretty strong team as far as contractors, real estate agents, property managers, etc.  

I am a woman with a strong character and personality.  

Maybe a more turn-key style would work.  

@Anson Young, mainly properties to rehab to fix n flip, but would consider buy n holding if cash flow after rehab was strong or if it was Multi-family.

The book style maps are much easier to handle when you are in your car.
