GC's are very very smart people when it comes to capitalizing on things like this. if they get the slightest idea you have no idea of what it takes to retile the bathroom, change the furnace etc they'll make every little thing seem like the end of the world which in turn will result in stress and you losing control of your rehab.

So, I got to get smart and learn from all the great minds that visit this forum.
