Hi all, my name is Marty Vietoris from Newport, Mn. I am the owner of Martin Joseph Design and Construction, Inc. We are a Design/Build firm in the metro. Twin Cities area. I have been interested in investing since I purchased my first duplex in 1976. I have never taken my investing seriously and now have decided to change that. Being in my own construction business for the last 18 years I have developed several investor contacts that want me to invest with them. Especially now since the market is where it is. Prior to going into my own construction business I worked for a large agricultural lender selling foreclosed farms here in the Midwest. I have seen the foreclosure crisis up close almost 25 years ago. I believe now is the time to buy. So, I got to get smart and learn from all the great minds that visit this forum. I look forward to discussing what I can be of assistance and hope that you will do likewise for me.
