I had Residential Lease Purchase agreement with another investor in town with the agreement ending Feb 4th.I am not so good at the property management piece, I am worried about the condition of the property and I need help fast.

Then they can either piece it all out or just run as apartments.

I have a piece of land for sale for $6,200.    

Any advice you could offer on the specifics of the business piece, specific to partners doing everything 50/50 would sincerely be appreciated.

Driving for dollars aka driving around looking for vacant houses is a very good method, but takes a lot of time for little volume.I'd start by reading up a bit more and starting to get your pieces in order.

I think you put your finger on a key piece of the puzzle when you talked about what you can make on a job compared to what who have to pay someone else work on your rental.I haven't had a "job" for some time.
