Hello Guys , i just recently joined a pitchbook seminar with valuehound craig haskell......i am looking for an experienced Multifamily Investor with experience with seniors housing for on my pitchbook page "advisory board" who will allow me to put his picture there and a short text about his or her experience.

I studied Construction Management in college (BYU) and I currently work for a national real estate operator with a presence in the multifamily, office, CMBS debt, and seniors housing verticals.

Much like you, I was a construction management major and my interest in real estate started during my senior year back in 2011.

You'll also want to make sure the borrowers have no redemption rights before you make any payments to the senior lenders.  

I listen to speakers.There's another common thought: -I'm broke, and I'll go talk to sellers now, -even though don't have any training, -even though I don't even have an attorney for my agreements, -even though I do not have a buyer's list, etc.That's ready fire aim.Most of senior people on BiggerPockets see this time again that people are poorly trained.
