I would love to meet a seasoned commercial real estate investor, developer, banker, broker and/or agent. 

Banks will also lend on under market properties but only based on the cost you have into them until they have "seasoned" (been owned for a certain period of time, usually six months to a year) in which case they will lend at appraised value.

I meet with the property manager about once each month to discuss strategy for the next quarter and the next big season which I could do via phone.  

So, we do not see any change inconsistent with past seasonal trends.Rental Closing by MonthThere was an increase in closings between June and July.

I know in STRs it is stocked with cooking oil, seasonings, etc. but what about for MTRs?

I'd factor in seasonality as well - perhaps using the rental yourself in the lower seasons.

Am new to the Creative finance world and want to team up with someone that is more seasoned to open new markets.Creative finance is the way to go in 2022. 

However, before I do that, I was wondering if anyone has heard of a shadow program or internship where a seasoned veteran is willing to show you the steps they take as they go through a live deal.
