i don’t mind buying my own materials if it would save me some cash. having a hard time deciding who to do my home improvements. good help is hard to come by these day, especially being new. the price increases doesn’t help as well. as much as i want to diy, i don’t want to mess anything up & still have to call for help!

Yes spouse is absolutely on board, actually encouraging it as if I can get the REPS I am after, we’d actually save money even despite me quitting my job.
