It's a good one, but you probably need something a bit more robust if you're self-managing internationally.It can absolutely be done, we work with a lot of landlords located outside the US that self-manage with Innago, for example.I think there are two keys to making it successful:Find software that offers all in one tenant management features (signing documents digitally, collecting rent online, tracking communication, maintenance, automating reminders, etc.)Get connected with someone local to handle boots on the ground activitySometimes you need someone to perform maintenance or even do a showing.

For us personally I have to decline these opportunities because our work pool is pretty robust so there is no need to take on the traveling as well as the limited logistics further up that way.I believe the shortage may be do to COVID hitting and many people from NYC purchasing all throughout the Tristate.

@Mark Fries is right, I got 1000 sq foot home AC for 3400 and the duct work for $3200 with new vents and 12 month supply of filters with digital thermostat.
