Although I am "technically" in the same spot I was a few months ago, I can say I have networked with more folks, raises for capital/ cleaned up my credit score, and narrowed down my preferences and strategies.In terms of the downpayment programs, I think they are amazing, but I realized a lot of them restricted me (due to my income level) than helped.

In New Orleans they changed a lot of the laws and added restrictions on Airbnb and obviously Corona happened to tourism so wondering if it still works if something happens to your ability to Airbnb?

Hi Brandon - I have a great lender that can do the 10% down lown for a second home, there are of course some restrictions on how often you are supposed to spend time in the home v. how much time you can rent it out.
