Portfolio of Condos - What to be aware of?
Hi,
I am looking at buying a few condo units (<10) within the same Condominium complex. I am hoping I will be able to reap some benefits of scale because of that.
What are the pitfalls? What should I be aware of?
I know condos typically have a very high HOA fees, which I have already baked into my numbers. But what else should I factor in? What are the right questions to ask to the seller or the broker?
Thanks
