I think the ADU law was passed because there is no political will to eliminate single family residential zoning even though that’s really what housing advocates want to do.

My realtor believes that it can easily be reconverted to a residential property.

We often operate in residentially zoned areas with residential financing even though we are clearly operating a commercial business.
