Traditional Bank in Downeast Maine

Hi all,

Would anyone on the forum happen to have a recommendation for a traditional  local/regional bank that is comfortable working with residential real estate investors in downeast Maine (as the locals refer to it)? I've talked several small, local banks and they seem a little skittish, particularly since I am not local to ME.

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
