Hi guys, my dad and I would like to know what property management companies are good to use, that are reputable.

I always have my landscape guy build up the dirt around the home and install fresh plastic and rock.

I would say reputable and experienced is more valuable than geography.

Get a reputable agent,  not craigslist.

Their reputation & license & insurance premiums are on the line if they regualarly provide inaccuate work.I've seen situations where two surveys disagreed on lot lines but by inches at most, usually even less.IF the surveys provided are 'old' (e.g. pre GPS), there 'may' be more room to question things but even then, they were very careful as so much can ride on where they set the lot line (e.g. fences, law suites, building permits, inheritances, etc.).All this suggests that you may want to reexamine your property title description.

Can anyone here recommend a reputable contractor in South Jersey area?

Being from the area, I know the reputation, especially of Camden.

State and local governments restrict new mobile home park developments for many reasons, including: bad reputation, existing owners allowing parks to deteriorate, less property tax base to fund schools, police, fire, and other government services.

It has a bad reputation but for those investors who take the time it by far has the best rent ratios and best chance for substantially upside price appreciation.

I've been searching for a reliable/reputable property management company, but haven't found one, any suggestions?
