What I love about flipping real estate is the problem solving and making a home beautiful again.

What I've done for our quest outside the USA is to find the best local real estate agent in the area I'm looking in.

😱It's not about the money.

Most likely if you rent it, it will not cash flow to cover the mortgage so you could still be losing money every month.IT would be good to compare what options is better for you. 

Last I checked nobody will loan you money to invest in the S&P 500.

Spoke to a local real estate agent and some others and so far everyone says that it would be a huge headache (legalities etc) and would cost a ton up front. 

I started in real estate as an agent in 2009 with Keller Williams.

For the money, ~$150/month, we have not seen a better system.
