I’ve heard about recent developments in the city, including Stelantes battery establishment, an Amazon warehouse, a new bridge, and the construction of a mega hospital.Considering the property’s condition, ongoing expenses, and potential development in the area, I’m contemplating whether to sell, especially since the property is not cash flowing and needs substantial renovations.

I attended once a real estate course in cashflow college, but it was purely theoretical and did not push for action (I guess I wasn't ready).Obviously I've heard of both Rafi Mizrahi and Robert Shemin and even considered doing their course, but I wanted first to checkout the atmosphere and first understand if I'm made of the right materials.Any recommendation @Isaac Geller ?

Hi Chris,You need to know D-Town, what's going on, the areas, neighborhoods, danger zones, the DMZ, etc....It might be easier if you were boots on the ground (but in the wrong area they will steal your boots and leave you dead on the ground).You need to know D-Town, what's going on, the areas, neighborhoods, danger zones, the DMZ, etc....Some areas have things going on and some are just pure dangerous to your life.If you can pronounce the following you might consider yourself knowing the area a little bit (if you can't You need to know D-Town BETTER).

@Shawn McCormick I did some digging on Orlando and Orange County, and it appears that they don't allow STR for pure investment purposes, what would be your work around to still invest in such a great area?

These units are pure investments however still quite nice to spend some time in it yourself as well.Different properties and a different focus.
