I'm looking to transition into the world of property mgmt.I just passed my real estate exam, and now it's time to find a broker to hang my license with.

Not looking so much for damage to the rentals, but to cover injuries should someone get hurt on the property.

Also, if I want a property manager, what type of company do I look for? 

D and C is more likely to be condemned or destroyed by fire, flood, etc and rebuilt as A property.

I used a DCSR loan and I spent around $30,000 to furnish the property & get a Airbnb ready.

If it is a month-to-month rental (or verbal, which is the same thing), then you have to give 30 days notice before making changes.I recommend you spend 3-6 months observing the tenant to confirm you want to keep them.

I've got $1M in equity tied up in a rental property that I will sell around June '25 to generate liquid capital . 

If possible, I would love to get a seasoned property manager's opinion on my most liked properties in terms of rental potential, etc.

I would much rather do it now before acquiring the properties than do it later.
