Action steps for me in your position would be; 1. add a profile picture 2. make my account a pro account for credibility and ability to market in the marketplace 3. post on bigger pockets 25 times a day for a month straight 4. check out my house deals . com 5. start going to real estate meetings from meet up . com 

Looking for 1st position and bridge for a total of $68K.

Thus far, I only have my primary  residence that I bought in 2011; currently I am holding so much equity in the property and no I am ready to unleash it and purchasing new rentals. 

It took longer that anticipated, but on the positive side I was able to cash flow the repairs and build up my reserves.

Great energy, thats what you need for real estate, lots of positive energy.
