Most courses will be the same as others, picke a county/state, scrub the mailer, and send out the mailer.

Hi, I've seen several posts on how FM condo rules potentially affect the selling of condo units.

If I was in this situation, knowing only what I know from these posts, I'd rather have the properties in Jasper/Dubois County than Indy/Marion County even though the Indy market has more jobs (i think) and can support higher rent (in some areas). 

It takes 10 minutes to create in any state, just go to the state site for businesses.

My first action would be to go to VRBO and look at various areas of the state - the national and state parks, etc.
