Hello all I have been using building zoom to view permits on a map but noticed I can only filter the site data to 2017 and below and not anything recent is this website still maintained?

In another town an investor went to get a building permit, and the town officials didn't know how to do it because nobody had gotten a building permit for a new build in over 30 years, they couldn't tell the investor the last time it happened.You can generate cash flow in places like that but don't count on any appreciation.

People who rent by the room are typically college students, younger individuals, and/or those closer to the lower end of the earnings scale as people with money tend to purchase homes or rent entire homes.Credit checks, landlord references, 3x income to rent are typical and you can include what you feel is necessary so long as it is legal to ask for.East Valley is a large area.

I am also looking at maybe taking classes at a community college that will be useful for my business later on such as marketing, accounting, property law ect.
