National Guard Officer - Trouble Getting Pre-Approved
Hello,
I just graduated from college and am fairly new to real estate. I am trying to work with a turnkey company to secure my first property, but am having trouble getting pre-approved due to my unique circumstances. I am a commissioned officer in the National Guard and am on orders until January, but do not have a job lined up at home yet due to a potential follow on assignment. That causes an issue with lenders who are unwilling to take the risk. Is there anything I can do to help secure the backing of a lender, or will I have to wait until I get off orders?
