Are there any particular internet options, wireless/cellular, that people are using to manage the smart home features? 

Or do most people here only purchase if the cash flow is positive?? 

Seems like most people use wholesaling a starting point or a way to generate capital.

I have done well here at BP so far with meeting people to aid me in my Real Estate ventures and hope this will be a success as well.

I was interested in other people's personal stories on how they were able to attain some of their early on rental properties with no and low money down. 

No one wants to rent with people they don't know, in my town groups will set out to find houses, not singles.Then as I tell the kids when they complain "Its much more motivating to come home to a house full of angry roommates than it is for me to call you a few times"Continuing: If someone leaves I put the students in charge of finding their new roommate, I don't want that responsibility.

I love connecting with other people in the area that are looking to invest. 

A couple people have mentioned the water being high so that’s definitely worth looking into.

I have been replying to posts for eight year and trumpeting the benefits and risk mitigation of adding value and people respond to me like I've lost my mind.

I would start small, be safe, look at your options for lending, and find people you trust to help you with everything that goes into a BRRRR.
