Is this the correct place to report proceeds from a partnership, where there is no guaranteed income?

I have a partnership, where I manage the online customer interaction. 

Public operations were in non Series LLC.Between purchasing, refinancing or selling assets, they experienced challenges with the functionality of financing with both Series and non Series states which involves multiple communications between financial entities, lawyer, CPA, and buyer or seller.

An LLC can be taxed as a C-Corp, as an S-Corp, as a partnership or even be totally disregarded.If you are investing by yourself and without other partner, the more often used structure would be a single member LLC.

This has been my criteria for 12 years and my last 400 flips across 5 states.If you're confident in your numbers and aren't worried about a 15-20% drop in your market before the project is done, then the risk seems pretty low.That said, everyone has a different utility function for risk, and it's important that you don't do something just because other people are.  

(It's not curved but we wanted the towel holder function more than anything).

This is big industry LOL especially when the AI functionality is combined with hardware, some company like Nvidia that's making AI chipset is already flying off the market.

What are the general rules for a JV partnership and would it be consider a security by the SEC if all the partners will be helping with the management and have be making decisions on how the property will be run.
