Maybe with all of these new reality shows, all of the get rich quick wannabe's are doing the following kind of searches that overtook real estate investing for the top spots:Mining gold in AlaskaMaking moonshine in AppalachiaMining gold in AfricaBuying storage lockers at auctionMining gold in the AmazonShipping other people's junk across the country

There are working contractors all across the country that are struggling and trying to make ends meet.

Sometimes you are in the country but then growth comes that way and you can tap in eventually.

We may not be cutting edge here, flyover country and all, but at least at this time we don't need to lock everything up like fort knox.

This is on the cheap end, and in our part of the country, the better flipping ARV is in the $115-200k range (that's certainly the case in the Cincinnati metro).

Lots of great people all over the country and we have a strong MA contingent here.

Also, there is a knock on agents country wide for not answering their phones or following up with clients, its not just a regional thing; nevertheless, it is unacceptable and it definitely sheds a negative light on agents.

The area is very secure relative to the rest of the state and country.

Before you go and answer that question, keep in mind that the way the system is built in this country, a meteorite can fall out of the sky and hit someone and that person can go write up a complaint against you, pay the court fee, and now you are a defendant in a law suit.  

The market's pretty good in most of the country right now so depending on what you paid for it and when, it could be profitable to sell.You could also refi and get the equity out of your current home and buy another two properties but...if you keep your house and rent it out, sounds like you're going to have negative cash flow.
