I would like to keep the garage -- with reasons being that the renter will need to store some things like a lawnmower or tools in it, it is more marketable with a garage both for rent and sale, and taking something like a garage away would devalue the property.

So you could bill tenants at $6.24 per unit.The other crummy way the County bills for water:  there is no online portal for bill retrieval and if you lose a bill you must contact the city to request a water billing history.

I would get a bit more specific with any forum posts/questions just to increase the quality of responses.That being said, I am not a LO but my Real Estate team get anywhere from 100-200 online leads per month.The positives are that you will be one of the first LOs to talk to this lead which increases your chances of scheduling an appointment and closing them.Another positive is that these leads are usually motivated (but not always qualified).

Purchase price: $27,000 Cash invested: $40,000 4 bedroom 2.5 bath Victorian SFH with 2 car garage...purchased at online auction for $27000 (its in a somewhat more rundown part of town however there are nice victorian type homes in the area and its near the lake and downtown.
