I would recommend going over your different options with a financial advisor or an experienced investor before you start buying assets (and some loan officers may be helpful, but they're trying to sell you loans, so there's a conflict of interest there to be aware of.)

I would love some advice from the pros out there - I'm really stumped on the best way to accomplish my goal...I have two businesses and want to purchase an office building under a new LLC and lease space to my businesses.However, what I really want to do is also have other tenants so that I will have multiple revenue streams.

I have a tab for each property.I keep a word doc for vendors with a table of contents with links to headings such a plumber, hvac etc.I get recommendations from my large local RE club whether I askednor someone else asked I keep this contact info for future reference.I have no need to pay for a service when I can easily and quickly manage with systems I have built using Microsoft office that I already have.Tenants pay rent via deposit, ACH Zelle or PayPal.
