I know there are multiple benefits of having a well seasoned real estate agent that works with other investors.

Just me but if I'm paying that kind of money it better be a full-time property management company with multiple properties and references...

Regarding  multiple LLCs that starts getting complex and ads costs.

Although I have multiple goals, taking that plunge to that first property is full of unknowns. 

Is it possible to get a loan term with a lender that covers multiple properties sold together as a package? 

I know most of us here own multiple properties, but I am curious as to how many of us enjoy the RV lifestyle, and still manage properties or a business while on the road and what are some tips and tricks to help out somebody new that is hesitant about being so far away from their investments for months at a time?

We have a strong case- we have multiple emails discussing how this individual would infact make a good tenant and the complainant did not submit her application until another tenant had been accepted.
