It's not the best info, but if you were ever questioned about the value it is 3rd party data.

Then the special purpose LLC rents the space to either you individually, an operating company that you have established or a third party.

I'm looking for US markets that have a low cost to entry (SFR or multi for under $100K per unit/"door") yet have a strong potential for short term rentals.

My thought was to possibly purchase a multi-family unit (duplex, tri, or quad) so that I could live in one unit and take advantage of the 3.5% down payment requirement of an FHA loan.

But while your still in school the amort is 10 years which kills your DTI (only bad side of this)used it for a wedding ring also.Just don't use it for random shopping and partying (this is what everyone else does)

I would like to try and buy a multi-family and I guess I will just continue to monitor throughout the winter to see if a deal REALLY jumps out at me.
