Mortgage Lenders for LLCs

Can anyone recommend lenders who will allow for getting a mortgage in the name of an LLC for purchasing a mixed use building in Philadelphia. I spoke to 3 lenders today and all insist on me using my own name and transferring after closing which is yet additional fees. As I believe I would be subjected to transfer taxes.

Thanks!

Are you trying to get a personal loan in your LLC name, that will prove to be quite difficult.

Should have no problem getting a commercial loan using your LLC.

If you're trying to get a retail fanny/freddy loan then putting it in your LLC, you may get away with it, but it's not technically allowed.
