Hi All,My CPA is advising that I have my LLC be taxed as an SCorp because I'm an active participant in my fix and flips.  

The later we noticed in ours & as a faint dark ring in the toilet bowls.We were advised to use shock chlorination to eliminate the bacteria & it worked but I was ready to replace the unit.

When you start landlording in a specific area, have an attorney in the area review your lease and advise you regarding local rules.

I'm not a lawyer and can't give legal advise, but I would think it could still be done.

I would highly advise that you get a clean bill of health on this tank and have it removed.
