My sister had a problem heating her family room and it turns out that when the reaccepted the new carpet and pad came to lose to the bottom of the heater and limited airflow.As for the turmoil imaging camera, the cheapest that HD sells as 4995 but you can rent them as well.

In addition, I would think that a 'non refundable pet deposit' is for things that have to be done upon move-out of the tenant with pet: Flea-treatment, deodorizing, carpet shampooing etc - things that will have to be done, above and beyond normal move out, due to the tenant having a pet.
