How it going everyone? 

My names is Austin, i'm 21 years old living in Lafayette, Louisiana. All through life I never knew what I was going to be when I got older, and my answer was that " I will be wealthy and happy." I'm currently running a local carpet cleaning and mold remediation business, running a network marketing business, obtaining my real estate license, and a personal trainer. I have ALWAYS been in love with real estate and my goal is to be a successful real estate developer in the next 5 years.

Looking to meet and connect with like minded individuals. Have been doing research for the past 8 months and have been connecting with successful people locally for over a year about this but i feel as if BiggerPockets is a community with people that can help me reach that next level.
