A simple question is and I haven't done much research on it yet or looked into it for my homework but is there a portal or some sort of media program or website that is kind of like the concept of the MLS for houses in real estate but a place where a person can go and say hey I have this deal this is what it looks like these are the numbers this is what I'd like to pay for it and then have the hard money or the private money lenders kind of compete for my business?
