My thought was to find a good management company early and establish that relationship before growing much larger.

So the leverage on the property has a lot to do with your survival in this business.  

I undoubtedly have a lot to learn and a long road ahead of me, but I more than look forward to it.

If not starting out you should look for an established park.

If the credit/loan is established in your LLC's name then it should not be reported as a debt/liability or obligation on your personal credit.
