Dooe anyone know how one would get involved with investments such as this?

Telling someone with no experience, no money, no credit to go hit people up for their retirement money to invest in real estate is a disservice to everyone involved.

All joking aside, I'm very much looking forward to becoming more involved in the BP Community and very thankful to all the people who have created and built this wonderful space for all us newbies.

In short, I need to be more involved in the selection process of the tenants and PM. 

But there are appropriate ways of handling that issue (written notices to property manager) that don't involve running the AC.

Make sure to get involved and just tack action toward your goals.
