We have a good relationship with the tenants and are trying to get them rental assistance money through the state, which has been a never ending waiting game since early September when we put the application in.

We have and will rent to first timers as long as we only have to ask for financial stability assistance in one area- being residence history.

I reached out to lenders that have assisted clients of mine, my current primary home mortgage lender and two of the big companies.

Companies that have property management, construction, and investor focused agents will go look at all kinds of properties because they can get the commission, property management business, and construction/Rehab business.Random agents on the internet usually don’t have specify investors knowledge, and very few have the back end operation set up to do it all.

I read that there's maybe a grant or program out there that could assist this.
