There is a house in the neighborhood that I have a rental home in that has just put the papers on the windows indicating it will be going into foreclosure;however, it is not listed online nor is there a for sale sign.My question is what is the best way to find out who would be responsible for selling the property if the bank is not referenced on the papers on the windows?

Account Closed, I have not done comps in this neighborhood before but when I looked at the comps after reading your post, it seemed to indicate a higher sale price than what you were projecting if you spent the money on the right finishes.
