House appears to be going into foreclosure
Hey BiggerPockets family!
There is a house in the neighborhood that I have a rental home in that has just put the papers on the windows indicating it will be going into foreclosure;however, it is not listed online nor is there a for sale sign.
My question is what is the best way to find out who would be responsible for selling the property if the bank is not referenced on the papers on the windows?
Any advice is appreciated!

Hey Brandon. You could maybe track it down by pulling title, finding the MERS number which might lead to the right mortgage servicer. County records or online foreclosure tracking services might leave clues too.
To be frank, in my opinion, there's no point to do this. As long as the home is owned by the borrower/seller(s), you have no chance at getting this home unless if they decide to sell. You should try to contact the owner(s) if you are interested in the home.
