Hi Daniel,I'm new from Montreal as well.The three main sources of meetup events for Montreal that I have seen suggested are:https://mordusdimmobilier.com/evenements/https://immofacile.ca/calendrier/https://www.clubimmobilier.ca/activites/formations-en-immobilier/Almost none of these events seem to be free.Also there are a few groups at Meetup.comGood luck.

For other first timers - especially if you're more introverted, I recommend making "The Golden Phone Call" - a call to a close family member or friend to chat with in order to get you in a talkative mood just before going into your event.
